End-User License Agreement

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT — "CLOUDFLARE DNS & SSL" PLESK EXTENSION

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you
(either an individual or a single legal entity, "You") and Ege Hosting ("Vendor",
"we", "us") for the Plesk extension known as "Cloudflare DNS & SSL", including its
software, associated media, and documentation (collectively, the "Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, You agree to be bound by
the terms of this Agreement. If You do not agree, do not install or use the
Software.

The Software integrates with third-party services — Cloudflare, Inc. ("Cloudflare")
and Let's Encrypt / the ACME protocol as operated by the Internet Security Research
Group ("Let's Encrypt"). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Cloudflare® is a registered trademark of Cloudflare, Inc.; the Vendor is not
affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cloudflare or Let's Encrypt.


1. LICENSE GRANT

1.1. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Vendor grants You a
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on Plesk
servers that You own or operate.

1.2. The Software lets resellers connect their own Cloudflare account, synchronize
DNS for their own domains, and issue and renew wildcard TLS certificates via the
Let's Encrypt DNS-01 challenge.


2. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:
2.1. resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software except as expressly
     authorized in writing by the Vendor;
2.2. reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except to the
     extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
2.3. remove or alter any proprietary notices contained in the Software.


3. THIRD-PARTY CREDENTIALS AND SERVICES

3.1. The Software stores, per reseller, a Cloudflare API token that You supply.
You are responsible for scoping that token to the minimum permissions required
(Zone : DNS : Edit) and for its validity.

3.2. The Software transmits DNS data and certificate-challenge records to
Cloudflare and Let's Encrypt on Your behalf, using Your credentials, solely to
provide the functionality You invoke. The Vendor never receives Your token or Your
DNS data.


4. OWNERSHIP

The Software is licensed, not sold. The Vendor retains all right, title, and
interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.


5. UPDATES

5.1. The Software may check the Vendor's server over HTTPS to determine whether a
newer version is available. This check transmits no personal data; see the Privacy
Policy for details.

5.2. The Software never downloads or installs updates automatically. It also
downloads the open-source ACME client (acme.sh) from its official distribution
point the first time You issue a certificate; that component is used under its own
license.


6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU
ASSUME THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE,
INCLUDING THE ISSUANCE, RENEWAL, AND VALIDITY OF ANY TLS CERTIFICATE.


7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE VENDOR BE
LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF
OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
DAMAGES. THE VENDOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT
EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE LICENSE.


8. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if You
breach any of its terms. Upon termination, You must cease all use of the Software
and remove it from Your servers. Sections 4, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.


9. GENERAL

9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without
regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

9.2. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remaining
provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9.3. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and the Vendor
regarding the Software and supersedes all prior understandings.
